Sons Of Anarchy Season 2 episode 12 review

Episode 12 starts out a little something like this....

The Son's, friends, and family of the Son's are all packing up and heading to the Clubhouse to take shelter. Looks like there is some serious shit going to be happening soon. They lock the gates and have armed guards on the rooftops.

The Club talks about protecting Chib's family. They say they will protect Keri-ann, and that he should reach out to Fiona and try to get her in as a precaution.

They talk about convincing Jimmy that Cameron and Edmund have been under the ATF's thumb, it should be enough to convince the IRA the betrayal is in house. They are going to pull the old bait and switch to get their guns. (Later on in the episode, they successfully pull it off too. This REALLY pisses off the Feds., especially Stahl.) They discuss patching in Half Sack. Clay says, "Half a sack, Shitload of Balls".

Jax, Opie and Juice pay a visit to A.J. Weston. Jax tells him "Seems your great white hope only gives a shit about one color.... Green. Zobel is dealing heroine with the Myans." Opie tells him, "Those A.K.'s that you took from us, He gave em to brown. Control the street." A.J. says, "You're talking out of your ass." Jax tells him, "I followed Zobel and one of his guys. They met with Alvarez. Left with a duffle full of heroine." Juice jumps in and says, "Guess they ben keeping you outa the loop. Lotsa private meetings A.J." Jax says, "You being the true believer and all.

Chib's and Fiona have a private meeting in a bathroom. Chibs informs her that the Feds will be closing in on Jimmy, and it may blow back. Fiona asks him if he ratted, and he says no. They makeout and the scene cuts. We never know for sure if they do it or not, you are just left wonderin.

Polly Zobelle pays a visit to Edmund Hayes. They of course get it on. She leaves. The Feds are watching the place and come in to pay a visit to Edmund after she is gone.

Gemma and Tara are talking in the clubhouse. A chick comes up to fill her coffe. Tara said she could get it herself. Gemma said she needs to take that respect. She's earned it. She is not just some CROW eater. She is Jax Teller's Ol' Lady. That means something in this town and this clubhouse, and you don't take shit from anyone.

SAMCRO has a meeting with Henri Lin (Chineese Triad) and Laroy (One-Niners) to make a deal that they all work together; not a partnership but an understanding. They stop Zobelle, then the Myan's loose their guns and their power. Zobelle's been running on the hard earned drug money of theirs, so they will all work together to take back what's theirs, with a little extra. Take out the Myan's and split up their territory. Triad gets everything south of Ghost Town and One-Niners get everything North. Friendly borders means they can focus on business, instead of staying alive. "Agreed".

A.J. Weston walks into the warehouse. See's guns in a crate open, with a bunch missing. Walks around the corner to see a couple of Mexican women bagging heroin and blows the two of them away. Sees one of his own guys, Ule from the League Of American Nationalists (L.O.A.N.) and points the gun at him. Ule says, "This is sanctioned. Zobelle knows all about this I swear." A.J. says, "Where are the guns?", and Ule replies, "The Mexicans. Don't be...." (KAPOW! Shot to the head).....Game over!

Good O'l Chuckie is still around. He tells thee club that he could identify Weston as one of the perps involved in the Arson of Cara Cara.

A.J. Storms in on the Cigar shop while Ethan Zobelle and his daughter Polly Zobelle are talking. A.J.'s pointing his gun at Ethan and confronts him. They argue about the cause, and the big picture, and being a trader. Eventually A.J. and gang leave. Ethan tells Polly to call Hale for protection as someone has threatened their lives. Ethan is going to secure new protection. He kisses Polly godbye. It was really GROSS! Like lover's kiss. Eew.

Cliffy and Duke, A.J. Weston's two boys are being taken away from A.J. for now because they were home alone unsupervised with the guns. This was set up by Jax to piss off A.J. Jax and A.J. have a stand down in the street about this and this is when Jax sets up the fight between Son's and the L.O.A.N.

Chuckie talks to the Charming P.D. and tells them about A.J. Weston being involved in the Cara Cara Arson case.

Gemma and Tara talk. Gemma is a little more at peace now. She knows what her job here on earth is. God want's her to be a fierce mother; that's her path. She tells Tara her job is medicine, to be a healer; and nothing should ever stop her from doing that. Wait'll you get a load of what Tara does with that piece of information after she chews on it for a while.

Tara is sitting at a desk completing her charts and explaining this to the administrator, Margaret Murphy. Margaret tells her she should have had them done already. Tara says she knows. The bitch says that she may not have to worry about paperwork after next week. Tara says some shit to her and verbally nails her. After Margaret retorts with a comment about Tara's true colors and "her biker whore (Gemma) that she ......." Then Tara snaps, and gets up to choke her. She say's, "You don't know her, You don't know any of them." and releases the choke hold. Margaret says, "Oh, my gosh! You hit me. You are finished. I'm calling security. This is assault."

Tara shoves her backwards slamming her into a wall shelf unit, and proceeds to say, "No... (PUNCH TO THE FACE), That's assault". Then Tara proceeds to tell her that SAMCRO has Charming PD on payroll and she knows where she lives. If she doesn't drop this bogus charge on her she is gonna come after her and her family. (Holly shit was I pumped after that. I think I have rewound that seen at least 6 times now. Can't get enough. Go Tara!)

The club goes out and has their fight. This was supposed to be an unarmed fight. Of course as expected, The L.O.A.N show up armed. The Son's have Backup too. The Triad and the One-Niners are both backing them fully armed. They agree to fight no guns. The cops show up. People scootin every which way trying to get out.

A.J. gets arrested for Arson. The rest leave.

Unser relieves the other two cops who were watching Impeccable Smokes. SAMCRO shows up too. They have Ethan Zobelle at gunpoint when Hale shows up. Unser is about to let what happens happen, but Hale isn't about to let it be that way. Ethan saves his own ass with his daughter by admitting that they have heroine behind the counter. The cops find it and Ethan demands that they be arrested. Charming P.D. abide to the arrest request. On the way out, Jax tells Ethan, "We're gonna kill you."

The show fades out to the music "If someday never comes......"

sons Of Anarchy Season 2 episode 11 review

Last weeks episode was absolutely kick ass! I can't say enough about how much action they packed in and what was revealed. I was out of town and am far behind on posting so I'm not going to go into every little last detail about this one like I have in the past. Besides, only got two comments on the last review, so I'm guessing the posts reviews are getting too long to read.

Can you believe that Opie now knows? Wholly shit.

Can't believe he stayed in the club. Poor Tigger. He took his beating like a man, full knowing he deserved it. He's lucky Ope didn't kill him. I can't believe the club is accepting of all the shit going down.

Wow. is all I have to say.

Can't wait till the next one. Till then.....

Sons Of Anarchy Season 2 episode 10 (90 minute special) review

Looks like Jax is really going to go through with going Nomad. Clay said he didn't strike a match.

Jax is going to go through with it anyway. Jax finds Piney, and tells him of his plans. Jax said if he stays in the club around Clay one of them is going to wind up dead. Piney says, "and we both know who that should be."

Chibs is freed from the hospital, and finds out about what has been going on in the MC world while he's been on his hospital hiatus. He's in the van talking to Half Sack when he finds out about Cara Cara being burned, and about Jax going Nomad. He makes Half Sack take him to see the IRA. He makes threats, and runs into Jimmy O. Jax comes in, and they get out. Too bad the place is bugged, and FBI agent Stahl is listening in on the conversation. She now has proof that they are tied in to the IRA.

Stahl is waiting for Jax sitting in his house to pay a suprise visit. She confronts him and his reasoning for leaving S.A.M.C.R.O. Tara catches wind of this and is a bit pissed, but more hurt that Jax was making this decision without talking to her about it. Regardless, Jax isn't changing his mind. Stahl makes threats to Jax that if he doesn't give her some information on the Irish that she will come after him. For now S.A.M.C.R.O. and Jax are living in grace.

The Sons stumble across an amo making Indian Tribe as a result of a Repo they did. The vehicle is loaded with cases of home made ammo. Looks like SAMCRO will be adding to the list of what they will be dealing.

Jemma talks to Tara about how bad of an idea it is for Jax to go Nomad.

Chibs is confronted by the Feds to make some deals. Being He is a true line to Jimmy O'fallon, He is a prime candidate for the deal making needed by Stahl.

We learn about Chibs history with Jimmy O. He excommunicated him from the IRA and took his wife and daughter. Left him with his face scar as a reminder. Chibs has had to swallow a lot of pride to deal guns as a member of SOA whom is using the IRA as a pipeline to get the guns.

Jax tells Gemma about going Nomad. They talk. Gemma tells him how bad of an idea it is. Tells Jax that she doesn't think his father's death was an accident. She said that she thinks He hated his life, and let the road take it. She told him to read page 449. (Which is revealed later to talk about John Teller's struggle in his own mind if he should go Nomad).

Chibs has a meeting with Jimmy O. Jimmy O has a lot of balls and is truly a wicked fucker. Chibs said he doesn't need to help him. Jimmy say to Chibs, "Yeah you do, I banished you, I took what's yours. These are the facts. You'll do as I say." Chibs replies, "Go to Hell Jimmy." Through conversation we find out just how much of a scum bag Jimmy is. He makes sexual comments about Chib's daughter. Ultimately, to keep his daughter Cari-Ann and his wife Fiona safe, Chibs is forced to help restore the relationship of the IRA and the Sons.

Bobby tells Jax he doesn't think Clay had anything to do with Cara Cara burning.

Tara gets suspended. She got busted for keeping Chibs in the hospital with fake symptoms.

Bobby and Jax visit Juice in the hospital. Talk about Jax wanting to transfer. Informing about needing Juice to proxy his vote.

The Sons do end up making a deal with the Indian tribe. They are going to make ammo for the Sons. As part of the deal, They end up dealing some psychedelic mushrooms. To make sure they are any good. Clay has Half Sack and Tig try them out. They get truly fucked up. This is some hilarious shit. While Clay is trying to show the One Niners how good the shrooms are because they will be dealing them, they see Half Sack sitting with his legs in a mud pit. He says, "It's cool and warm at the same time. It's cwoorm." He has this stupid shit eating grin on his face and he starts singing cwoorm. Then we see Tig looking at the Indian souvenirs totally vegging the fuck out. I literally laughed my ass off. Seriously. I have no ass anymore. LOL!

Opie and Lila get it on. Did you know Opie actually has hair under that stupid hat of his?

Unser convinces Jax that it had to be a crew that torched Cara Cara. Couldn't have been just one guy. Not Clay. Jax talks to Clay and apologizes about accusing him for it. He asks Clay if he still wants him gone. He says, "Yes."

Gemma sees the conversation between Clay and Jax, but did not hear it. She walks out and talks to Unser who is walking by. She asks him to help protect the club.

The Club reluctantly votes a unanimous Yay to release Jax from the Redwood Charter, and allows him to go to the Nomad Charter. Jax takes off his cut and puts it on the table, and cuts off his charter patches right there and tosses them on the table right at Clay. Jax looks really pissed off and really hurt all at the same time, like he might cry.

Based on a tip that Chibs gave the Feds, they go on in and do some serious harassing of the IRA

Young one. Make some threats, a little black male, and get him to be a rat.

Gemma gets Jax, Tara, and Clay together with her. To help keep them together, She tells Clay and Jax what happened to her, that there was no car accident, that she was gang raped by Zobel's crew. While she is telling the story, we see all kinds of screen shots of all the different SOA crew and cops doing different things. They show Halfsack still sitting in the mud pit now naked pleasuring himself, and they show Tig still there, crying and saying, "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." After Gemma is done telling the whole story, Clay embraces her and Jax and Tara get up to leave. Jax picks up his charter patches on the way out.

After watching this one, I thought this episode was the best one yet. But as you know, I was already an episode behind. I've already seen, as I'm sure many of you have episode 11 of season two. I think that even tops this one. If you haven't caught it yet, Hang on to your seat. It's a Hell of a ride!

Son's Of Anarchy Season 2 episode 9 review

Clay tries to get Opie into the club deeper. The deeper in he gets, the less of a threat he will be, when and if he finds out that Clay had Tig try to execute him, and instead killed Donna.

Clay tries to shut down Cara Cara without a Club vote. Ain't gonna happen.

Him and Bobby are talking about it, and Bobby says Jax will make it go to a vote. Clay tells Bobby he doesn't give a shit about what Jax wants. "He'll handle the little prince."

Gemma finds religion.

Opie and Lila get a little closer. There's real kissing. Eeew.

A couple of the Cara Cara girls get picked up for prostitution. It was a set up. No one knows for sure whodunit.

Jax and Clay argue about Cara Cara. It turns into a verbal fight in front of the whole club house.

The exchange went like this....

Clay: "You had your little romp as porn king. You tied us to prostitution. You got one of our members Old Lady killed."

Jax: "You are really gonna stand there and lay the guilt of a dead wife on me?"

Clay: "You remember that promise I made?"

Jax pulls out his gun, cocks it, and says, "Let me make it easy for ya." & then lays it on the table in front of Clay. He opens up his club vest like her I am man. Just do it; then turns his back to Clay and holds his arms out wide like here's your shot . Of course Clay does not shoot Jax. Then Jax says, "You need a majority vote to shut down Cara Cara. We put it out at church tomorrow night." Then he walks outside, sits and has a smoke. Bobby follows Jax shortly after he walked out. He asks Jax what that dead wife shit was about. I guess the guys did not really expect the old judge to be so strong willed, and surely didn't see the possibility that the judge didn't really give a rat's ass about his son either. So much for emotional leverage eh? Luckily they find pictures of the judges wife & her shrine of a bedroom They threaten to destroy it as leverage.

Darby wants revenge on SAMCRO for blowing up the meth lab. He talks to Zobel.

A.J. Weston and crew take Darby with to SAMCRO's porn studio and torch the place. Darby gets taken out just prior to torching it, and we can also assume that Chuckie might still have been in there too.

Jax is convinced that Clay had everything to do with torching the porn studio. He looks really really pisssed. He says to the guys, "This was Clay. Couldn't let me have it. Talk to Quin. Tell him I wanna transfer. I'm going Nomad."

Thus ends another kick ass episode of what is in my opinion, one of the greatest shows on air right now.

Son's Of Anarchy Season 2 episode 9 review

Clay tries to get Opie into the club deeper. The deeper in he gets, the less of a threat he will be, when and if he finds out that Clay had Tig try to execute him, and instead killed Donna.

Clay tries to shut down Cara Cara without a Club vote. Ain't gonna happen.

Him and Bobby are talking about it, and Bobby says Jax will make it go to a vote. Clay tells Bobby he doesn't give a shit about what Jax wants. "He'll handle the little prince."

Gemma finds religion.

Opie and Lila get a little closer. There's real kissing. Eeew.

A couple of the Cara Cara girls get picked up for prostitution. It was a set up. No one knows for sure whodunit.

Jax and Clay argue about Cara Cara. It turns into a verbal fight in front of the whole club house.

The exchange went like this....

Clay: "You had your little romp as porn king. You tied us to prostitution. You got one of our members Old Lady killed."

Jax: "You are really gonna stand there and lay the guilt of a dead wife on me?"

Clay: "You remember that promise I made?"

Jax pulls out his gun, cocks it, and says, "Let me make it easy for ya." & then lays it on the table in front of Clay. He opens up his club vest like her I am man. Just do it; then turns his back to Clay and holds his arms out wide like here's your shot . Of course Clay does not shoot Jax. Then Jax says, "You need a majority vote to shut down Cara Cara. We put it out at church tomorrow night." Then he walks outside, sits and has a smoke. Bobby follows Jax shortly after he walked out. He asks Jax what that dead wife shit was about. • This episode started out with SAMCRO members in prison. Jax says, "The Ariens put out the word. Us white boys are on our own". Without any protection in the big house, the club is in danger of being killed 1 by 1. Clay tries to buy some protection from the One Niners. Clay asks, "If we do this, Black got our back?" The reply was, "When they are both delivered, Harley's gettin all kinds of love from the Fat Man". The Club is to deliver a snitch which was successful, but ultimately got Juice stabbed. (By the way, he lives.) They are also to set up a prostitute, which Opie does successfully from the outside, but this ends up in Trammel getting shot by the prostitue. He says, " I guess she didn't want to be set up."

• Agent Stahl shows her face up again. She tries to work some angles by saying she has no intent of creating any collateral damage in Charming. She is playing the side of the "good" FBI agent by trying to get down to the bottom of the Irish and Zobel.

• Opie's Ma drops the kids off with him. She says she is going up north to see Piney. She packed up all her stuff. She ain't coming back. Opie says she couldn't be a Mom 20 years ago, and she can't be one now.

• Gemma talks to Elliot, and convinces him to post bail for the club. He puts his property up for collateral. $300 against $3 Mill.

• Opie does a little confiding in the porsnstar Lila. Actually agrees to let her take his kids for a while. When she comes to get them, Gemma and Tara won't let her. The verbal exchange of insults between Tara and Lila is pretty funny.

• Bobby tells Jax that it falls in him to squash what ever it is between him and Clay. Jax asks why he should. Bobby tells Jax, "Because Clay is old and mean & He is never going to admit he is wrong & He's earned that." Jax says, "Nah man, time don't mean shit." Bobby says, "I'm doin the best I can to hold us together, but if this split gets any worse, I'm gonna hafta pick a corner. You know this club needs a healing Brother, and you got to be the one to deliver it."

• Jax and Clay get questioned while in prison by FBI Agent Stahl. The questioning is individual and private. She tries to play them against each other. Clay gets questioned first. She shows him a picture of the Irish and Zobel making a deal. She says she will make things go back to normal if he will give her information on the Irish. She says she is only interested in catching the Irish, not SAMCRO. Clay doesn't buy her line, and says he knows nothing about the Irish. Before questioning Jax, there is a HUGE BRAWL between Clay and Jax. The club and the rest of the inmates, let the brawl go on. They both mutually kick the shit out of each other. Then it's Jax's turn for questioning. Same thing happens with him. Jax doesn't bite either. He tells her that she took a huge risk asking them for information on the Irish. He said that because of this he knows she ain't got shit on SAMCRO. Then Agent Stahl, tells them they are free to go. Bail was already posted.

• The boys return from prison. Gemma and Tara are at the clubhouse parking lot when they roll in. They all but Jax go in the one clubhouse main door, and Jax in another. No one speaks a word. Gemma and Tara truly look stumped, like WTF was that all about?

• Thus ends another fantastic episode. I can't wait to see how they will top this one. We'll see soon!

. This episode begins with the ambulance taking Chibs away.

. Unser and Clay are talking about the fact that bombs bring in the Feds. Clay wants revenge, and Unser wants Clay to keep it outside of Charming. Clay says to Unser, Then you get me a home address on Zobel and Weston. They both live out of town-otherwise you'll be watching Main Street on the ten o-clock news". Unser replies with a "Jesus Christ."

. We see Hale and Jax talking. Hale says to Jax, "This was Zobel." Jax, "Otto, now Chibs; this guys trying to break us all." More chit chat between the two.... Hale wants to know what Jax will do if he finds Zobel before the rest of the club. Jax says. "We both know this guy's got some kind of leverage on you; Think of it as a self serving favor" Hale agrees to help Jax by getting an address for him on Zobel and Weston with some information on where they might be.

. Opie's Ma tries to get Jax to help her. Opie is not spending much time at home with the kids, and she wants Jax to talk to Opie.

. Tara asks Jax if she is in danger, If they are in danger.

. SAMCRO holds a meeting. Clay says, "Zobel tried to kill 2 of us in the last 12 hours. This charter doesn't wait any longer; We kill em. Do I need to take a vote?"

Nobody says a thing. Clay gets up and leaves. Shortly after, the rest of the club does too.

. In a room inside the clubhouse where Opie has been staying, Jax has his conversation with him about him not being right yet with all that has happened. Opie turns the tables, and tells Jax, he's the one with the problems. He starts accusing Jax of wanting to take the club over and basically states that it's Clays Club, and he'll just have to get in line. It ain't his time yet.

. The Irish have a meeting with Zobel. (WTF?) Can't wait to see what'll arise out of this in the future.

.With the help of Hale, they get the address of A.J. Weston. They break in after seeing some movement in the window. Gun fire is exchanged right away, only to find out it is Weston's little kid. I think about 10 years old max. The kid gets caught, no one shot, but damn close. He's a mouthy little prick. When asked where his dad is, he says, "I ain't tellin you shit, race trader." Then he spits on Jax.

. Clay breaks into Impeccable Smokes and trashes the place.

. Gemma and Tara are in the hospital. They are talking and we find out that Chibs is stable but in critical condition still. He has major head trauma that could possibly need some pressure relieving if the swelling doesn't go down on its own.

. While in the hospital Tara asks Gemma if she can get a ride home with her. Gemma obliges. She says she'll wait around till Tara is done. Also while at the hospital while waiting for Tara to finish her shift, Gemma talks to Hale and finds out that Hale knows about the rape. Unser had no choice but to tell Hale because Hale was starting to believe the bullshit about Zobel being good for Charming. Unser wanted Hale to know the truth about what kind of shit bag Zobel really is. Hale gets Gemma to tell him about the Blonde girl (Zobel's daughter) who trapped her so that she could be raped. Gemma is surprised to find out David Hale wants to hurt them as bad as SAMCRO.

. Tara and Gemma leave. We find them talking about guns. Gemma asks Tara if she still has the one she gave her. She said no. She got rid of it after Cohen. Gemma gives Tara a new gun. The go out and do some target shooting. The blonde pornstar that has been trying to steal Jax from Tara pulls up in her car. Tara points the gun at her, and she goes running inside the studio. Tara says, "That was fun." Gemma says watch this; and shoots out one of the tires. Then the two of them shoot the crap out of the car and leave.

. Hale pops into Impeccable Smokes. Zobel's daughter is there cleaning up. Hale asks her where Ethan is. She say's, "Do I look like his keeper?" She refuses to cooperate, and says, "Charge me, or get out." Hale threatens to cut himself and say that it was her that did it to him, and she cooperates. She tells Hale about a gathering where Ethan is. Hale tells Jax. Too bad the bitch twisted the information up a bit. There would be many innocent people at this place. It's not quite where you want to have a shoot out.

. Clay and the rest of the club figure out where this is going to be as well by getting the information out of the computer, it is at a Christian Center.

. Jax warns them that the cops will be coming, and if they go in, they are all going to jail. Clay says, "A.K.'s and shot guns, let's go!". They storm into the place only to find out it's like a church supper or something, and A.J. Weston at Zobel's nod, fires a shot at them. The end up storming out, and the cop's are indeed waiting for them. Opie seems to have been running late to this and is riding his motorcycle and crashes it; gets up and is hiding behind the bushes, only to find the entire club getting cuffed and stuffed into the paddy wagon.

Highlights:

Clay pays a visit to Impeccable Smokes, the new smoke shop in Charming owned by Ethan Zobel (played by Adam Arkin). Clay say's he is there to give him a proper welcome. He informs Zobel that he is going to need some protection. Zobel says, "That seems awfully nefarious for mechanics and Harley enthusiasts". Clay says, "Well, you pay, or you go away. Your choice Adolf. Welcome to Charming." Clay exits the store but not without taking a few boxes of cigars to pass around to the club.

Just after that, A.J. Weston the skinhead played by Henry Rollins walks in. Zobel says to him that Mr. Morrow needs to be humbled. They put a hit for a beating on Otto, who is a member of SOA and currently in the prison system. Jax confronts Deputy David Hale about this and asks him, "Where are you at with it". He says "No where".

Unser confronts Hale as well. Hale gets in Unser's face. Say's who are you to talk? You've been on Clays tit from the beginning. Unser tells Hale that he chose him for a reason. He is the good guy. He needs him to stay that way, or the entire department will be nothing but a god damn joke.

Unser makes Hale keep a secret, and informs him about Gemma's rape.

The club takes a vote on retaliation now or later for the beating of Otto. The vote turns no majority so they will wait until they learn more and they can play it safe. They realize that the League is really big and powerful.

Two episodes back, a blonde woman tricks Gemma into helping her with her choking baby. Then to find out the baby was a doll, and she clocks Gemma and knocks her out. This is how they got a hold of Gemma to gang rape her. We find out in this episode #5 season 2 that this woman is Ethan Zobel's daughter. She has planted a car bomb minivan for the SOA mechanics to stumble upon. Chibs, played by Tommy Flanagan practically gets blown to kingdom come.

Luckily he heard the timer when he went to start the van, and took off running just before it blew, which I doubt would be covered by van insurance. He did get caught in the explosion though, and was somewhat burnt, cut up, and knocked out. This is where the show ended.

Again this was action packed, and the trailer for episode #6 has got me itching for more.

Son's of Anarchy... Newbie... Son's of Anarchy...Newbie

I couldn't decide what to name this post, Son's of Anarchy, or newbie. Seeing is it is about both the Son's of Anarchy show, and a newbie to comments on my blog.

Anyway, anytime I see a comment on my blog, I read it. I never skip past a single one. I may not comment on everyone, especially when it's on a hot topic and I can't keep up, or when I'm extremely busy, but I never miss reading one.

When I get a comment from someone new, who has never left a comment before, I always check out their profile if they have one, and then if they have a blog, I'll go an check it out as well.

Son's of Anarchy Episode 12 review

There was once again a bit of drama between Jax, Wendy, Tara, and Gemma. More so than last week. The tension & confusion of this love affair soap opera is building. But in my opinion, it is surely taking a back seat to the rest of the episode. However, in future episodes it will most certainly be interesting to follow the twist and turns of this tale.

Wholly SH*T None of us saw this one coming!

I thought that Tig would tell Clay that Opie saved his ass in the shoot out and defend him saying that he couldn't have been a rat, or he wouldn't have saved him . For a second there I actually gained a little respect for Tig's character. Now once again I think he is a big friggin asshole. Although my opinions on Him are really only affected this way because of his club loyalty, and his willingness to shoot Opie. I just wish he would have had more trust, and open mindedness, and loyalty toward Opie, a fellow club member. Shoot first, ask questions later doesn't really work when the one you want to ask questions to is dead.

I must admit, I was wrong, wrong, wrong about thinking that Jax was going to hit Tig for trying to shoot Opie. Although I was not the only one wrong with my false predictions. Guess we'll have to wait and see how this one pans out. I know there is a butt load of tension between those two.

Speaking of being wrong, wrong, wrong... How wrong was Clay! Boy did he make a stupid F'n mistake with the Black gang; and oh how he F'd up with his distrust in Opie's loyalty to the club.

The writers sure had one up on us all.

I wish it wasn't so.

I really liked Donna Winston.
I really liked the direction Opie, Donna, and their family was going.

I don't know how yet, but I'm sure she'll pay somehow.
As Clay said, "This blood is on you".


I'm really pumped up for next weeks season finale!
However, this episode landed on such a good note, it could have pulled of being the season finale itself.

Son's of Anarchy Episode 11 review

This one was almost all about Opie . Oops, wrong Opie.

That's better.

Many of you have stated in the past that dreadful fear of what is to become of Opie. It appears as though these fears are becoming closer to reality (in the show at least) as they can be. We'll have to wait and see just how this one pans out.

ATF Agent June Stahl plays a mean role in this episode. After Otto gave her a little head banging lesson in the last episode, we had to see this plot of vengeance against the Son's as a whole coming. She's chosen Opie as her pawn in an evil little game of set up. Too bad she's put Opie's life on the line. She's even turning on local Deputy Chief of the Charming Police Department, David Hale. All I know is She ain't playing fair. Although, all is fair in love and war.

I have to wonder if planting bugs in Opie's truck and in his cell phone was to actually listen in, or to further help the set up of Opie. If the later, why did she say she needed to go protect him when he was given his freedom?

Another turning point in this episode was the new interaction of Jax, Wendy, Abel, Gemma, and Tara. WTF is Gemma up to with Wendy? Is it just her little way of getting vengeance on Tara for breaking Jax's heart years ago? Can it be that simple? Will we know before the season is up? What is to become of Tara if Wendy is back in the picture? I'm guessing since Wendy has to spend some time at the halfway house, we wont know yet this season.

Son's of Anarchy Episode 10 review

I feel like I keep repeating myself when I say that this show keeps getting better each episode.

Last nights tenth episode was clearly no exception either!
The plot thickens, the action increases, and the more I see, the more I'm sucked in. I was one of the few it seems that liked the show from the very first episode, so you can imagine how much I'm enthralled now.

Last night Gemma was full of good one liners and quick wit. I loved her comment about the rosary beads to the Irishman.

I also thought the cop and ATF woman was an interesting ordeal. We all saw that one coming. No pun intended.

The twists I did not see coming was Cheri's past being revealed, and when the ATF agent got a face lift of sorts at the end.

O.K., my reviews may seem really short, but I'm keeping these short and sweet deliberately because some of the best review of the shows are your comments.

So Lets have it.

Son's of Anarchy Episode 9 review

I have a few questions; things I was thinking about....

Was Clays decision to Allie with the Myans a good choice?
What's going to happen when the revenge for the hit takes place?

What's gonna happen with this new relationship with Jax and Tara?
To what level will Gemma interfere (more than she already has)?

Will they find the body Jax dumped? Where did he dump it?

What's going to happen with Opie and his family?
Will he ultimately choose the club over his family?

Is Clay going to find out Opie didn't do the hit?
If so will he freak the F' out?

Things that make you go Hmmmmmmm.

Guess we'll have to keep watching to find out.

Son's of Anarchy Episode 8 review

This show keeps rolling along, and packing in the punches.

I love what the prospect did to attempt to earn his top rocker. Way funny. At least it came in handy later on in the show.

Hey did you hear Able got out of the "toaster"!


Jax & Tartar sittin in a tree. What they did was really F'n creepy.
It's like... "sleeping with the enemy" (in the room).
It's like necrophilia, "sleeping with the dead guy" (in the room).



Can you say freaking twisted?
All I could think was "Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!"



On a lighter note: I can't get that theme song out of my head. I can't wait for it's release.

The Sound:

Music for the show plays a crucial part in depicting the world of Samcro as well as the simplicity of life in a town like Charming. It must reflect both the authentic rebelliousness and freedom of the club lifestyle but also have playful Americana undertones.

The man responsible for capturing this is acclaimed producer/songwriter/musician Bob Thiele Jr., whose major task as theme song composer and co-music supervisor is to make the music as authentic as possible. He does this by drawing from a specific musical palette, using a great deal of guitar and accordion, keeping it simple as anything too orchestral or overly computer generated becomes distracting and can hinder instead of adding to the characters and their stories. This very notion is best captured in the show’s theme song “This Life.”

For the song, Bob teamed up with guitarist/songwriter/and all around badass Dave Kushner of the band Velvet Revolver, as well as famed musician Curtis Stigers (who sings it.) The three are in works to lay down a full recording of the song to be available soon. Further details to follow…

In many ways SOA is a contemporary western, a cowboy story complete with all the thrills and pangs that comes with it. Our cowboy, Jax, is isolated in his conflict over the club and his family. Thematically, it’s important to capture Jax’s confusion with a classic lonesome cowboy edge, but also show the tradition and excitement of the world…

Ride into this world

The combination of these elements truly reflects our characters lives: The good, the bad and the crow.

Son's of Anarchy Episode 7 review

Where does all my time go. I posted 6's review, then another regular post, and here we are at review #7 already. I guess I was really busy last week.



Well let's get to it....

I guess the Wackadoo A.T.F. agent Coehen got his Huh?
I love how the FBI agent wasn't able to pin anything on Jax.
Justice (vigilante justice) was served on a silver platter, or wait was that through a plate glass window?

I have a new liking for the prospect, and a new respect for his character. That scrawny little dude can kick some ass in the boxing ring. Funny how the fight ended after the prospect got a little angry seeing Clay and his girl. I loved it when clay thumped his own forehead like duh, I coulda had a V8, then he says "My Bad".

"The rest stays buried."
I wonder what the rest is?
