From the Canadian Motorcycle & Extreme Sports Festival
TORONTO, ON -- Highlighting Yamaha’s involvement at the upcoming Canadian Motorcycle & Extreme Sports Festival will be the Yamaha Riding Academy (YRA). Now in its third year, the YRA was developed to teach young beginners the basics of riding off-road motorcycles.
After receiving guidance from a Canadian Motorcycle Training Service instructor, youngsters can take a ride on a 50cc to a 125cc dirt bike. The ride is free, but participants must be between 6 and 12 years of age, proficient on a bicycle and a parent or guardian must be present.
The Canadian Motorcycle & Extreme Sports Festival will feature new products, accessories, aftermarket components, clothing and other industry-related products and services. There will be retailers for the whole range of products and services, ensuring visitors can actually make an on-site purchase. The major motorcycle and ATV manufacturers will offer visitors free demo rides.
Other special features include the Motorcycle Demo Ride Zone, the ATV Demo Ride Zone, the Pit Stop, the Suzuki Freestyle Motocross Team and the CMRC Dirt Track Race on Saturday.
