Hall of Fame early bird deadline extended

MARKHAM, ON -- The Canadian Motorcycle Hall of Fame 2009 Induction Banquet and Reunion, sponsored by the Motorcyclists Confederation of Canada (MCC) will be held Saturday, October 24, near Toronto's Pearson International Airport. MCC is a founding patron of the Hall of Fame, and administrator of the Foundation that is home to the Hall of Fame.

With seven weeks to go, tickets are 75 per cent sold, a month ahead of last year's pace.

The "late" Labour Day Holiday this year caused a bit of a challenge with people getting their tickets. Many were still on vacation as the initial deadline came and went. So, the deadline has been extended to September 11. Ticket prices are $100 ($90 for MCC members) if paid for by Friday, September 11. After that, the regular price of $125 ($110) applies until October 3.
