Canada aims to raise world profile

MotoPark has announced the formation of Team Canada MX. The not for profit association has been formed to assist Canadian motocross riders taking part in International events.

Team Canada’s vision statement outlines the goal of the Association: “The goal of Team Canada MX is to have Canadian motocross riders achieve success in the sport on the world stage." The Mission Statement of Team Canada MX is, “To provide support for Canadian motocross riders
competing in International events.”

All positions within Team Canada MX serve voluntarily and without remuneration.

A website has been established at www.teamcanadamx.com and will update the events and riders designated to receive support from Team Canada MX. It will also provide information on Canadian riders competing outside Canada and in the near future will include a history of Canadian participation on the world stage.
