KTM expands Orange service roster

From KTM Canada Inc.

It’s with a great pleasure KTM Canada, Inc. is announcing the 2009 Orange Level Service Centers (OLSC).

An OLSC is a KTM authorized dealer who has at least one technician who has attended all available technical classes at one of KTM's three different training centres in North America. The OLSC are also equipped with all the KTM special tools (mandatory and optional) to service all KTM models (street, off road, ATV) engines and suspensions.

The goal is the development of knowledgeable and dedicated service technicians and dealerships to better service the entire KTM product line and offer more service points to customers. The program started in 2008 in Canada with 13 dealers who committed time and money to equip their workshops to comply with the requirements needed to achieve this high quality level of servicing the KTM products.

During the past eight months, KTM Canada, Inc. qualified 16 KTM dealers as OLSC. They are Cycle Works (Edmonton, AB), Cycle Works Calgary (Calgary, AB), Duroy Racing (St-Constant, QC), Enduro KTM (Beauport, QC), Factory Recreation (Midland, ON), Grégoire Sport (St-Ambroise/ Joliette, QC), Leblond Moto Sport (Chicoutimi, QC), Monette Sport (Laval, QC), Orange Motorsports (Cobourg, ON), Parker Bros.
