Solid finish for Lajoie

From Nadine Lajoie

LAS VEGAS, NV – The last race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway last weekend concluded a good racing season in the U.S. for Nadine Lajoie. She was almost two seconds faster than usual at this track and her results gave her a lot of confidence for next season.

She finished 12th in A Superbike, 12th in B Superbike, 17th in C Superbike and 12th in Solo Middleweight. In final WERA West Championship points she placed 10th overall in B Superbike and 12th overall in A Superbike.

"I had so much fun this weekend," Lajoie said. "I felt more confident, my Importations Thibault / Suomy / Hipertech CBR 600RR just needed a few adjustments and during the races, the battles that I had with a few guys brought my adrenaline at a high level. It's been a ong time since I had a blast like that. Now, I'm just thinking about my next race in Las Vegas, on Jan. 24-25."

In the WSMC Championship at Willow Springs Raceway in Rosamond, CA Lajoie took 15th in 650 Superbike and 18th in 600 Mod. Prod.
