CHELSEA, QC -- Motorally Canada Inc. has announced that 2005 Dakar pilot Bob Bergman and 2003 competitor Maryline Lambelin will be instructing the Motorally Canada Rally School Aug. 29-30. The school is being held as part of Motorally Canada's unique Quebec TSD 2000 Navigational Rally.
Bergman and Lambelin will teach navigation skills and how to master time keeping, and will go into depth regarding strategies for success in the TSD 2000. On day two, participants will ride with these accomplished riders during a "mini-rally", where they will practice the knowledge acquired in day one.
Both will make presentations about their Dakar experiences during the Rally.
"I'm excited to be able to offer our clients this caliber of instruction during our event," said MotoRally Canada president Bryan Flannigan. "Our clients will certainly benefit from their knowledge and will be inspired by their adventures in the legendary Dakar rally."
The Quebec TSD 2000 Navigational Rally is a five-day event being held in St-Donat that will attract riders from Canada and the U.S. Time, speed and distance (TSD) rallying tests a rider's ability to precisely navigate a route while matching average speeds set by the rally-master. Participants collect penalty points for arriving at a checkpoint either too early or too late.
All event details and information can be obtained at www.motorally.ca.
