Ride for Sight is excited to announce that April Wine and Rik Emmett will be headlining the 30th Anniversary celebrations of the Central Ontario Ride for Sight.

Ride for Sight returns to the beautiful shores of Centennial Park in Trenton the weekend of June 20-22. The event is celebrating 30 years of riding for sight in 2008.

April Wine is sure to be a crowd pleaser boasting several hits expanding over their 30+ years of making music together. Rik Emmett is best known as the lead guitarist and singer for the legendary band, Triumph. Emmett will be bringing his rock show to the ride and will perform many of his Triumph hits, including Rocky Mountain Way, Hold On and Lay It On The Line.

April Wine’s repertoire includes such hits as Say Hello, You Could Have Been A Lady, Rock n’ Roll Is A Vicious Game, Sign Of The Gypsy Queen, to name just a few.

With Honeymoon Suite headlining Friday night and Rik Emmett and April Wine on Saturday evening, it is sure to be one celebration that riders won’t want to miss.
