Taylor not done yet

Defending Canadian Thunder national champion Michael Taylor has not ruled out a return to racing in 2008, despite losing his spot on the BMW Motorrad Canada team.

In a press release the Toronto rider said he is “eager to return to competition despite the late failed negotiations with BMW brass.”

Taylor, a two-time Canadian Superbike champion for Kawasaki, scored wins in four of seven races last year on the factory BMW R1200S.

His spot with BMW has been taken by last year’s national Amateur 600 Sport Bike champ Paul Glenn.
