Kruger captures Canada Day Clash

From Pacific Riding School

VANCOUVER, BC -- Suzuki Canada racer Mark Kruger celebrated the nation's birthday with decisive wins at motorcycle racing's "Canada Day Clash" at Mission Raceway.

After a series of intense on-track battles, the six-time champion emerged with victories in the Expert 600 and Superbike categories as he continued his domination of the BC motorcycle race season. Kruger also placed second in the Open Supersport race.

"What a great way to celebrate Canada Day," said Kruger. "An excellent race day on a fantastic motorcycle in a great country.

"My Suzuki GSX-R600 was a fantastic ride. I found a good race line right away, and even though I pushed very hard, my motorcycle was up to it.

"I get tremendous support from Suzuki. That, and the hard work my team puts in, gets me these wins and I can¹t thank them enough."

In addition to support from Suzuki, Kruger's racing team is sponsored by Richmond Motorsports, Mile Zero Motorsports, Flexi-glass, Greens Automotive, Kimpex/Oxtar, Excel Power Systems, and Pacific Riding School.
