Zottmann joins Mountain Toys team

CALGARY, AB – Mountain Toys Suzuki is pleased to announce the addition of Mike Zottmann and MajikX to partner Matt Schmidt in the 2009 season.

Zottmann, three-time CMRA Superbike Champion and 2008 Overall Club Champion will join Schmidt, the 2008 Middleweight Superbike and Middleweight Sportbike Expert Champion. Mike brings with him Majik X backing to join Mountain Toys Racing putting together an impressive championship team.

Zottmann will compete on a 2009 GSXR1000 as a Mountain Toys Suzuki supported rider to defend his 2006-2008 Superbike Championship as will Schmidt defend his Middleweight Superbike and Middleweight Expert Championship aboard a new 2009 GSX-R600.

When asked about the new venture Zottman said, “I am excited to partner Matt for the 2009 season. Matt and the Mountain Toys Team are very professional and although the 2009 season poses new competitors, I’m confident that Matt and I will be able to defend our titles with the support of our combined sponsors.”
