Suspension help at Superbike rounds

John Sharrard, former crew chief and suspension builder for Pascal Picotte, has announced the intention of his motorsports performance company, Accelerated Technologies to attend all rounds of the Parts Canada Superbike Championship to assist riders with their suspension and chassis set up needs.

Accelerated Technologies has built custom shock and fork applications for riders such as Matt McBride, Frank Trombino, Tom Kipp, Chris Peris, Kevin Lacombe, Francis Martin, Darren James, Steve Crevier and Pascal Picotte. Sharrard draws his experience from his years working as a technician on the factory Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Buell and Suzuki teams, as well as being a top five Pro National Open Sport Bike competitor in 2000, while teamed with Frank Trombino on Yamaha R1 and R6 equipment.

Accelerated Technologies currently sponsors the RACE Super Series Novice 600 class and attends all rounds offering sag and clicker set up, customized for each unique bike and rider combination. Accelerated Technologies also offers shock and fork tuning, rebuilding and revalving at track, as well as ground-up Supersport preparation packages on forks, customized to the bike and rider.

Accelerated Technologies also promotes and sells ELKA shocks, Ohlins shocks, Ohlins steering dampers, Ohlins fork kits and Ohlins springs, as well as K-Tech race fork kits.
