Wildrose annouces first annual Vet national chapionships

From WRMA

The Wildrose Motocross Association & the Alberta Oldtimers MX Association are pleased to announce the 1st Annual Canadian Vet National Championship. Two great motocross associations join forces to host the start of a new National Event. Modeled after the White Bros World Vet Championship, the series will consist of a 10 moto format over two weekends of some serious racing.

Round 1 - Aug 15-16 will be held at the Antler Lake MX facility, located west of Edmonton, Alberta. Antler Lake is an exclusive National track with a history of hosting many National Events.

Round 2 - Aug 23-24 will be held at the Blackfoot MX Park, located in the heart of Calgary, Alberta, a national track of the highest caliber.

Both venues feature famous race tracks that have held Canadian Nationals and Vet Events for decades! The tracks will be designed and prepped at National standards to ensure the best possible conditions for racers and fans to enjoy.

Along with Saturday night’s Alberta Beef BBQ there will also be a Pro Purse and trophies for all classes. Our champions will be announced on Aug 24 after the last round.

Between events, camping, practice and a Thursday Night fun race are available all week on a groomed and watered track in Calgary.

As well, the series close proximity to world famous mountain resort areas in Banff and Jasper guarantees a memorable vacation for the whole family.
